Waterhaul Oyster Shucking Knife - an ocean-linked culinary tool forged from recovered fishing gear repurposed into a 100% recycled marine plastic handle. This oyster knife’s finely crafted stainless-steel blade is tailored for swift, clean shucking. Unique shucking handle made from 100% recycled marine plastics recovered and recycled in the UK by Waterhaul. Each batch is entirely traceable enabling you to trace the exact source locations where the plastic was recovered from.

The blade our Oyster Shucking Knives are made with 1.5 mm thick W 1.4034 stainless steel for an optimum blend of corrosion resistance properties without sacrificing hardness (56HRC). The blade is designed to pry, lever and twist rather than having a razor sharp cutting edge.

Looks and feels great. Not tried yet as oysters are/should be out of season. I’m sure it will perform well. I have used many other versions and this one just looks right. I’m sure it will perform well
