We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but completely understand if you need to return your item(s).
We offer free 30-day returns to our UK customers.
If you are outside of the UK, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item(s) to our warehouse in Cornwall, UK.
We can offer a refund on the item(s) purchased provided they are returned in an unused, undamaged condition. If the returned item(s) have any signs of damage, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Proof of purchase must be also provided for us to process a refund.
Please note, initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

We offer a free returns service for customers within the UK.

We currently do not offer a free returns service for international orders.
The postage fees of any items returned are covered by the customer and will vary depending on the item(s) purchased and country.

If you have received an item from Waterhaul as a gift, you may return it directly to us, however you will need the original order number and details for us to process the return.
Please note, we are only able to refund returned items to the original card purchased.
Alternatively, you can receive a Waterhaul gift card to the value of your return.
We offer a free tracked returns service for customers within the UK via the Royal Mail Returns Service.
International customers will need to cover the cost of shipping of their returned item(s).
Upon receipt by our warehouse in Cornwall, your return may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 days during busier periods.
Once issued refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
We do our absolute best to thoroughly check and quality control every item that gets sent out, however sometimes a faulty item can sip through the net! (pun intended).
Please check your order upon receipt and contact our Customer Service Team immediately if there is any fault.
We encourage product repair at home wherever possible - our eyewear frames are adjustable at home and our litter picking equipment has a dedicated Repair Shop.
However, if the product damage is beyond simple repairs at home, please contact our Customer Service Team with photos of the issue, so they can help with the next steps.
We have a network of brilliant stockists across the UK who stock our products, each with their own returns policies.
Please contact the original store your purchased from for more information on how to return your order with them.
We encourage the repair and reuse of all our products wherever possible.
If your returned item is unused and undamaged, it will be thoroughly quality checked and put back on the shelf ready to be sold again.
However, if your returned item is damaged beyond use, we can recycle the components back into our waste streams.
As all plastic in our products is made from our own Traceable Marine Plastic™, we can recycle it back into our process and into new products, as part of our commitment to a more circular economy.
